This virtual sound healing session is designed to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your inner calm. Using crystal sound bowls and other vibrational instruments to support emotional release, balance energy and promote deep relaxation.
During your one - on - one session you will be guided in gentle breathwork to ground your energy and intention setting to align your mind and spirit
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply need stillness, this session offers a safe, sacred space to soften and realign.
No experience needed, come as you are, with open ears and an open heart
