During your one - on - one session you will be guided in gentle breathwork to ground your energy and intention setting to align your mind and spirit

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or simply need stillness, this session offers a safe, sacred space to soften and realign.

No experience needed, come as you are, with open ears and an open heart
