Group Sound Bath (up to 10 people)

Crystal Sound Bowls and other sound healing instruments may be used to create a symphony of sound vibrations that will bring you to a soothing, meditative state leaving you deeply relaxed, reduces stress and anxiety while releasing energy blockages and tension in the body

After the session - take time to slowly come back into your surroundings, reflect on your experience, journal, meditate or simply rest
