Goal: Attend 8–10 classes
Consistency matters more than perfection. This phase is about showing up, building confidence, and laying the foundation for your wellness journey.
Phase 2: Strength & Energy
Build Momentum
As your body adapts to the workouts, you’ll begin to notice improvements in strength, endurance, and overall energy levels.
Goal: Attend 10–12 classes per month
This phase is where progress becomes more noticeable. Continue building consistency and challenge yourself when you feel ready.
Phase 3: Lifestyle Wellness
Make Wellness a Lifestyle
At this stage, movement becomes a natural part of your routine. The focus shifts toward maintaining consistency while supporting your body through healthy habits like balanced nutrition, recovery, and stress management.
Goal: Maintain 8–12 classes per month
This is where wellness becomes sustainable and long-term.
